Upon arriving, we quickly discovered the root of the problem. Toys, educational games, and art materials were all jumbled together, making it hard for both kids and staff to find what they needed. The play area, lacking clear zones and bright accents, felt uninspiring.

Sorting & Decluttering: We carefully sorted out cars, dolls, puzzles, and art supplies, recycling broken toys and donating unused items.
Smart Storage: Everyday toys found their way to low, easily accessible shelves, while creative materials were neatly stored on higher shelves, out of daily reach.
Labeling & Accents: Every bin and container was labeled for easy maintenance. We added cheerful wall decals that instantly brightened the space and made it more kid-friendly.
